After a month off, we all re-convened back in Waltham (it does too matter, Mr. Kirsner
) for the September edition of Mass Innovation Nights. Remember to drop us a note or a tweet if you blog about the event, the products shown or the people you met. (We link and we give good traffic!) You can check out the tweetstream.Meanwhile, it was a busy week in Massachusetts and in between getting the kids back to school and recovering from a long weekend, we had lots of interesting products (and people) to check out. A big thanks to Navisite for supplying the drinks and manning the refreshments table. (Did you notice that they had our special sparkly smiley face stickers on their name tags? That means they are hiring! If you are hiring, just ask Jennie for one of the smiley stickers when you sign-in. And, if you are looking for something new work-wise, introduce yourself to folks sporting those stickers.)
Navisite’s William Toll also played reporter for a new place to get local info Boston24.com Check out the site and the story about Mass Innovation Nights (all played out via Twitpics and Tweets.)
We also had fun in our capacity as an un-official “Massachusetts Innovation Event.” Jason Schupbach (Mr. @createma himself) joined us to read the the proclamation declaring Wednesday “Video Game Innovation Day” in honor of Harmonix’s release of Rock Band: Beatles. (I realize Harmonix had a tough decision make — party with us or Ringo Starr — we’ll try to get them to join us soon!) Check out the video from the official reading.
Great event on Wednesday with a terrific group of exciting entrepreneurs, investors and innovative onlookers!
Was fantastic to talk to so many people and collect their insight about the future of the innovation and tech sector in MA.
Looking forward to the next event!
