August Foodie Event Followup

Wow.  Wow.  Wow!  Didn’t you have a good time last night?  We certainly did!  Great crowd, great food, great innovation.  And, together we helped some great companies get more visibility for their new products.  It doesn’t get any better, does it?  (And you thought everyone would be away on vacation…ha!)  A big huge thanks again to our hosts at @IBMWaltham (The IBM Innovation Center.)

Meanwhile, if you missed it…here’s a taste from the Twitter stream:  our featured presentations were from Eversave Boston, TopSprouts, 1FastBite and KangoGift.  Plus we had awesome samples from Boston Chocolate School, Batch, The Barmaid, and Cooking for Geeks.  (I know Jeff ran out of books way too soon!  Order yours now — we are!  Check out the video of 30 second ice cream!)

Neuron Robotics has a great write up covering all the companies and experts. There were several Examiner articles!  One on Food Innovations, a great look at Food Science, and a Chocolate and Ice Cream-focused piece.  (Guess which one we read first?)  Our friend Parna also put up an Examiner article.  And check out this blog post — I hereby nominate this blog as evidence of our most “active” Mass Innovation Nights guest!

We also had a return visit from MysteryMeet who told us his last appearance at MassInno led to some fantastic MysteryMeetups!  NOMx3 was busy sampling the wares like the rest of us and showing off their lunchtime show.  And, Catnip Cards had our animal friends covered!  (Covered in crazy catnip-powered fun, that is.)

And, a quick word about next month.  We’re mixing things up again.  After the wild success of our summer events, we have to do something totally different, just to keep you on your toes.
