Another terrific show of support for Massachusetts innovators at our November event. (Lots of folks also showing support for our country’s veterans too!) Our Experts Corner team were busy, especially LaunchCapital, who returned to another “sold out” evening of talking with entrepreneurs looking for ways to raise seed capital. Maybe that’s why our special guests, MassChallenge, found themselves so warmly welcomed! (They are creating a global start-up competition.)
First we need to thank everyone who helps promote each event and spread the word. Bloggers like Hub Tech Insider mean that new folks show up every month and don’t get lost too badly. We want to thank Sophwell and Jamie Bradley for our new signage too! Plus, we’re thinking our new directions and parking page helps too. (Thanks, High Rock Media for the work on that.) And, we can’t forget the clean-up crew who are the best table rollers ever.
Our innovators themselves bring out their support — uTest even sent out a press release. Lime Tree Cove/Lime Design added us to their Facebook page. Magic Toob added us to their homepage. Others tweeted up a storm using our #MIN8 tag.
But the biggest kudos go to bloggers who create blogs like “Deep into Sleep” providing their thoughts on all the innovators. Nice to see they visited every table! Navisite not only provided on-site refreshments, they served as on the spot reporter for Boston24.com and turned in a tweeted news story.
Ever wonder what it looks like inside the amphitheater? (Unfortunately, we can’t squeeze everyone in there so we try to capture the presentations and put them on YouTube (or see below for the embedded presentations.)
Love that Boston.com/Waltham comes out regularly! (Thanks for the nifty “I heart Waltham” bumper sticker!) There will be an old blue Saab sporting it soon!
